Deer Heaven

Deer Heaven is a large, beautiful home with 3 bedrooms & 3 Full Baths with a Sleeping Loft & Fire Pit. Located in the Coosawattee River Resort. 

There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and other appliances as well as a washer and dryer right off the kitchen.

A wooden dining table seats 6 and there are 2 counter bar stools for additional seating.

The living room has a 40-inch flat screen TV which has a gas log fireplace. Large Sofa with Over Size Chair & Ottoman.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King Size Bed, a 30-inch flat screen TV, and Dresser. There are French doors leading out to the back private deck with Table & 2 Chairs.

Full Private Master Bathroom.

The second bedroom is also on the main floor with a Queen Size Bed and Dresser. French Doors lead to the Wrap Around Deck, and stairs leading to the Fire Pit. 

Full Bathroom on the main floor, which also leads into the 2nd Bedroom.

The third bedroom is Downstairs with a Queen-Size Bed and Dresser. French Doors lead to the Back Yard and Fire Pit.

The loft has a Queen Size Bed plus 2 Twin Beds.

The main floor deck has a gas BBQ grill off the Kitchen.

The Wrap around Deck has Several Rockers & Porch Swing.

RESORT FEE (required): The Coosawattee River Resort requires a $60.00 Resort fee for your entire party. This allows access to the river through the 5 parks located, Pavilion Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, Fishing Pond (No License required), Fenced in Dog Park.

Beginning June 26th, as our guests you can enjoy a variety of community amenities during your stay, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, a gym, arcade, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. Please be aware that these amenities are located a short drive from the cabin.

For convenient access, visit the Coosawattee Welcome Center at 25 Eagle Mountain Dr, to collect your amenity access cards. You will receive a property map, directions and two RFID cards, each granting entry for up to four guests, per card. If your party exceeds eight guests, additional cards can be purchased for $59 each. Please note that we are not responsible for closure or non-use of amenities due to weather or maintenance, and refunds will not be issued.



 

 Notes:

Guests making a reservation must be at least 25 years old. By submitting your reservation, you are confirming that you are 25 years old or older. No large groups under 25 years old in any cabin unless approved by management at the time of booking.

* 2-Night Minimum - Non-Holidays
* 3-Night Minimum - Memorial Day, Labor Day, and New Years
* 4-Night Minimum - Week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

* No Check-In allowed on Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day

* Dog Friendly - Limit 2 (Maximum 50 lbs.)

Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Guest acknowledges and understands that check-in time is not earlier than 4:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the dates agreed upon. Guest agrees that an unapproved late check-out or early check-in will be assessed as an amount equal to one-half of the nightly rental fee. Housekeeping needs the time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to prepare for your arrival.

Reservations:
A prepayment of $250.00 of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in.

If it is within the 21-day window, you will need to pay the total amount due.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned, and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply:
•Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $100.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.)
•Reservations canceled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee.
•For reservations canceled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
