Camp Cartecay is a beautiful, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin located in Ellijay, Georgia on the Cartecay River.

This beautiful and luxurious river front cabin is the perfect place for a romantic weekend, honeymoon, couples retreat, or a small family looking to build memories and spend quality time together. Featuring embroidered blankets, unique decor to bring the outdoors into the cabin to create a warm ambience, Camp Cartecay sits on the banks of the Cartecay River, known for its trout fishing, tubing, rafting, kayaking and canoeing. Relax on the spacious back porch or on the standalone deck while taking in the sights and sounds of the ever-changing river. 

The fully stocked kitchen includes all stainless-steel appliances featuring a spacious buffet island, providing your inner chef with all that is needed to whip up some fabulous meals.

The cozy living room offers two recliners and a reclining sofa along with a 65" flat screen, a gas log rock fireplace with access to the back porch and a wonderful view of the river. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

No need to worry about losing power, this cabin is equipped with a generator which allows your "Camp Cartecay" experience to continue without interruption.

Located only 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay, home of the North Georgia Apple Festival, along Ellijay's "Orchard Highway" highlighting the many orchards, wineries and the local farm store. Just 20 minutes from Amicalola Falls State Park where you can hike to the waterfalls or drive to the top of the falls for a wonderful mountain view and 20 minutes from Blue Ridge which offers a unique shopping experience and historic "Swan Drive In" for your enjoyment. This cabin is only 5 minutes away from Summit Farm Weddings venue.

There is a King-sized bedroom on the main floor with a dresser, 50" flat screen TV and French doors leading to the back porch. A full private bathroom with a double walk-in shower.

The Master Bedroom is on the upper level with a King-sized bed, dresser, 50" flat screen TV and French doors leading to the private porch overlooking the river, the perfect spot to have your first cup of coffee. A full private bathroom with double sinks, Garden Tub and walk-in shower is adjacent to the bedroom.

The back porch, located off the living area, leads to the gas BBQ grill and has 4 Adirondack chairs. This area overlooks the backyard with a fire pit, and standalone deck housing a picnic table and benches and overlooks the Cartecay River. Enjoy a game of Cornhole in the backyard along the river or spend time in the hot tub enjoying the sights and sounds of the river.
