Welcome to "Hummingbird Hideaway".  This property is located inside Coosawattee River Resort, a popular gated community located in Ellijay, GA and is located within minutes of Fish Trap Park, location of the suspension bridge offering a lovely view of the Coosawattee River. This is the perfect getaway for a young family or a romantic getaway for mountain lovers.

This cozy home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the Main Floor. The home features a fully furnished kitchen with an open concept into the Living Room which has a 55-inch Smart TV, a Wood Burning Fireplace and 2 Couches. The Game Room is located on the lower level sporting a hot tub and fire pit outside offering the perfect spot for making family memories.

The Master King Bedroom is locate on the Main Floor with dresser, 55-inch Flat Screen TV, Master Bathroom and French Doors with your own private access to the Back Deck.

The 2nd bedroom offers a Full-Sized Bed located next to the Full Bathroom.

The Game Room, located downstairs, includes a Regulation Pool Table, 65-inch Flat Screen TV, Pub Table, with Couch, Love Seat and Oversized Chair making this the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite sporting event.

The Fire Pit and Hot Tub with chairs are located just off the Game Room.

RESORT FEE (required): The Coosawattee River Resort requires a $60.00 Resort fee for your entire party. This allows access to the river through the 5 parks located, Pavilion Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, Fishing Pond (No License required), Fenced in Dog Park.

Beginning June 26th, as our guests you can enjoy a variety of community amenities during your stay, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, a gym, arcade, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. Please be aware that these amenities are located a short drive from the cabin.

For convenient access, visit the Coosawattee Welcome Center at 25 Eagle Mountain Dr, to collect your amenity access cards. You will receive a property map, directions and two RFID cards, each granting entry for up to four guests, per card. If your party exceeds eight guests, additional cards can be purchased for $59 each. Please note that we are not responsible for closure or non-use of amenities due to weather or maintenance, and refunds will not be issued.




 

NOTES:

Guests making a reservation must be at least 25 years old. By submitting your reservation, you are confirming that you are 25 years old or older. No large groups under 25 years old in any cabin unless approved by management at the time of booking.

* 3-Night Minimum - Memorial Day, Labor Day, and New Years
* 4-Night Minimum - Week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

* No Check-In allowed on Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day

* No Pets Please
* No Smoking Please

Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Guest acknowledges and understands that check-in time is not earlier than 4:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the dates agreed upon. Guest agrees that an unapproved late check-out or early check-in will be assessed as an amount equal to one-half of the nightly rental fee. Housekeeping needs the time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to prepare for your arrival.

Reservations:
A prepayment of $250.00 of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in.

If it is within the 21-day window, you will need to pay the total amount due.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned, and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply:
•Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $100.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.)
•Reservations canceled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee.
•For reservations canceled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
